In this coaching program you will learn how to journal through your emotional blocks. We work together through email to uncover your emotional wounds and thought patterns that keep you from being the best version of yourself.

By creating awareness around your emotional wounds and their effects on the way you think and behave, you will gain more control over your life.  Once you are conscious of the blocks that are holding you back, you won’t get triggered in the same way anymore.

Stress will always be experienced until we go through the process of discovering & releasing our misconceptions and false identities; and begin realizing our true self.

We start with a free call to get to know each other and find out whether we are a good match.
Then we start the coaching program, which contains two modules.
In the first module we’ll uncover your mental and emotional blocks by journalling. I’ll guide you with several exercises and questionnaires and I’ll provide space for you so you can express the emotions that come up. 
The second module is more focused on healing your scars and moving on with your life. Here you’ll learn how to release your blocks and shift your mindset with positive affirmations. This module also includes a healing meditation.
